Maison Fictive is not a real jeweller
It is a demonstration, built to show what a small gold house can look like online. The twelve pieces were modelled and rendered in 3D for this page. None of them exist, and nothing here is for sale.
What is real is the craft underneath: a page light enough to load quickly on a phone signal, that reads well on a small screen, speaks two languages, and tells a customer the weight, size and price of every piece before they write.

Shipping and returns
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over $150 anywhere in the United States, sent insured with USPS. Local delivery within New York City is free on any order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. USPS then takes 2 to 5 business days nationwide and 1 to 2 within New York.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unworn and in its original packaging. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email and we arrange the return with you.
Can I exchange it for another size?
Yes. Chains, bracelets and rings can be exchanged for another length or size within 14 days, if we have it in stock.
Pieces and care
Is it solid gold?
Every piece is 18-karat gold all the way through, stamped 750. Nothing is plated or gold-filled. Some larger pieces are hollow to keep them light. The listing says so and gives the true weight.
How do I care for it?
Keep each piece in its own pouch, away from perfume and chlorine, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
